H-Eventz Project

"LET'S PARTY FOR CHARITY"

The IPM project consists on an academic final project where the Erasmus and French students we will gather on an Organization and we've fix a main goal in order to develop the team work, using the methodology learned on the Managing People class.

We have created a proper organization of 23 students divided on different deparments and with a CEO and a Deputee CEO.
Working as an actual professional team, developping skills needed now a days for the team work on an organization. Each department will have a manager in charge of the correct execution of the tasks needed to achive the goal of the organization.

What we have created:

        We have created the H-Eventz organization, our slogan is "Let's Party for Charity". The name has been created thinking of how to help making events. We divided into 4 departments of a professional organization with their own managers

        •Validation Content
        •Public Relations/External events
        •Internal communication/Human Resources
        •Media team.
        This project its very important this year because has made me develop new skills working with an international team, using my past experience, also making new contacts and friends with the synergies between the members and learn how to use other modern tools.
